Saturdays - 7:00am – 3:00pm PST
Sundays - 7:00am – 3:00pm PST

complete an online account registration, and place
an order directly on our website 24 hours per day
and 7 days per week. We will contact you once your
order has been placed to verify the order in detail
prior to shipping.
2. Do I require a prescription to order medications?
A valid Canadian prescription is required from a
licensed physician able to practice medicine and prescribe
medications in Canada. In order to obtain a Canadian
prescription, we require a valid prescription from
a licensed physician able to practice medicine in
your area of residence. The Canadian physician will
review your medical history and if deemed appropriate,
will rewrite the prescription for the Canadian pharmacy
to dispense. Your physician’s licensure will
be verified with their state board.
3. Do I have to have an email address to place an
order?
Not necessarily as long as our Customer Care Associates
have an alternate method of contacting you such as
a phone number.
4. What is the maximum amount of medication I can
purchase?
The pharmacy can only supply as much medication as
your physician prescribes for you up to maximum of
a three month at a time.
5. Why can’t I buy Darvocet, Demerol, Oxycontin,
Valium, Vicodin or similar drugs?
The pharmacy will not handle habit forming or controlled/narcotic
drugs. It is unlawful to sell narcotic or controlled
substances via mail order.
6. Will you accept my Insurance?
At this time, we cannot accept an insurance claim
from another country. However, a detailed list of
purchases will be provided so you can make a direct
claim from your insurer.
7. Why do I have to fill out a health profile form?
Pharmacists and physicians use the provided information
to assess your prescription and potential drug interactions.
They may even contact your physician if necessary.
8. Why is the price different from the last time
I ordered?
The prices may change due to manufacturer price changes,
changes due to market or exchange rates from time
to time.
9. Are your prices in Canadian or US Dollars?
All prices at www.canadiansupersavepharmacy.com are quoted in
American Dollars.
10. How do I know if my order is being processed?
You may log in to your account with your username
and password and view where your order stands. Otherwise,
please feel free to contact us regarding any questions.
11. Do I need to fill out the forms each time I place
an order?
If you are an existing patient who wants to fill
additional prescriptions, you do not need to fill
these forms again. However, if there has been a change
in your medical condition and/or medications please
update us. Otherwise, simply fax or mail your prescriptions
so that we can process your prescriptions.
12. How safe is the information that I enter on the
website?
We use the latest encryption technology available
to protect all your personal information. Any information
provided will not be seen by anyone not associated
with www.canadiansupersavepharmacy.com.
13. Are these the same quality medications that I
can buy at home?
Canada offers brand name and generic medications
that undergo rigorous quality and exceptionally high
manufacturing standards, along with a stringent approval
system overseen by the Health Protection Branch of
Canada. Many of the medications available in Canada
are the same as sold in other industrialized nations.
However, some medications may have a different name
or look different than what you are familiar with.
14. Why do some of the medications have different
names in Canada?
These are trade or brand names registered by the
manufacturer. In different countries, manufacturers
will often use different trade names for marketing
purposes. The medications have the same active ingredients,
but may look different and have a different trade
name. For example: Prilosec (US) and Losec (Canada),
or Augmentin (US) and Clavulin (Canada) or Aciphex
(US) and Pariet (Canada).
15. What are generic drugs?
A generic drug must contain the same active ingredients
(the specific chemical ingredient that makes the drugs
work) and be equivalent in strength, and dosage to
the original brand-name product. The inactive ingredients
are used only as additives for color, flavor, binding,
or to bulk drugs. By choosing a generic medication,
you can save a significant amount of money.
16. Why can I buy a generic version from Canada that
is not available where I live?
Due to the differences in patent laws, Canada produces
generic versions of brand name drugs that are not
available in other countries. These versions are often
available in Canada many years earlier than in other
countries and usually offer substantial savings over
brand names.
17. Who makes the Canadian generic drugs and are
they safe?
The generic drugs available in Canada are subject
to the same stringent approval and regulatory process
as brand name drugs and are used by millions of Canadians
on a daily basis. The manufacturers are very large
and well respected. They include Apotex, Novopharm,
RatioPharm, GenPharm, Taro, PharmaScience and Cobalt
Pharmaceuticals. They ensure that generics meet quality,
purity and potency requirements set forth by the Health
Protection Branch of Canada.
18. Why does www.canadiansupersavepharmacy.com not list all drugs
on the website?
We offer substantial discounts over what you are
used to paying for medications. Not all drugs are
less expensive in Canada. Some drugs have been generic
for a long time and are therefore relatively inexpensive
in their home countries. In these instances we recognize
that they would be more expensive to buy therefore
do not offer them for sale. As for narcotic and controlled
substances, it would be unlawful for the pharmacy
to ship these types of medications.
19. What if I am unable to find the medication I
am looking for?
You can view our medication prices by searching using
Product Search or viewing the A to Z list. Type in
the name of the medications you would like to obtain
price quotes for and click submit. If you are unable
to find the medications you are searching for in our
database, please complete the online request form
or contact our Customer Care Associates at 1-877-669-9854
and we will get back to you within 24 hours of your
request.
20. Can I transfer a prescription from my local pharmacy?
Unfortunately, the Canadian Pharmacy can not transfer
prescriptions from other pharmacies located outside
of Canada. A valid Canadian prescription is required
from a licensed physician able to practice medicine
and prescribe medications in Canada. In order to obtain
a Canadian prescription we require a faxed or original
copy of your prescription from your doctor dated within
the last 3 months prior to placing your order with
www.canadiansupersavepharmacy.com.
21. How long will it take to process my order?
Please allow 15 – 25 days for delivery from
the time you receive a telephone confirmation of the
receipt of your order. The pharmacy will contact you
or your doctor if additional information is required.
If you require your medication more quickly please
purchase them locally and plan your future purchases
at www.canadiansupersavepharmacy.com with greater lead time.
22. How do I pay for my medication order?
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Electronic
Checks, International Money Orders and Certified Checks.
If the credit card information is left blank, we will
contact you for the information. Please ensure a method
of contacting you is available to our Customer Care
Associates.
